下面我将简单介绍一下我自己。
首先，我具有较高的政治素养。从学前班至大学一直担任班长职务，并且一直是班里第一批加入少先队，中国共青团和中国共产党的学生。我深知作为一名公职人员必须要有一定的政治素养，尤其是作为在新疆这个多民族地区工作的公务员，更要有坚定的政治立场。
第二，通过四年的本科学习，使我具备了扎实的英语专业基础知识和良好的口语交际能力，而且通过努力学习，我顺利通过了英语专业八级和全国公共六级的考试，并且在大学学习期间，积极参加了学校的各项社会实践活动，例如20xx年12月由学校选派负责陪同国家教育部专家本科大学教学评估工作，并担任教评期间的外语导游。同时，我的自我学习能力非常强，因此如果将来工作需要我学习某种新的语言，我非常有信心在较短时间内良好的掌握这门语言或者技能，从而更好的开展工作。
第三，我认为我具有自信，热情和细心的性格特点。我认为自信是成功必备的品质，所以充满自信的我将会把这种自信的状态带入工作当中。同时热情也是我的一大特点，我非常欣赏温家宝的一句话“为什么我的眼泪常含着泪水，因为我对这土地爱的深沉”，我想这正是作为一名公务员应当具备的情感。在工作中我会以饱满的热情，迎接每一个具体的工作。
第四，四年的大学生涯中，我一直担任院系学生会组织干部职务，同时兼任本班班长，这些工作极大的锻炼了我的沟通及协调能力和组织策划能力，我的工作也得到了大家的认可，并被授予优秀学生干部，三好学生和优秀毕业生等光荣称号。同时，我也有着较好的团队精神。
我深知，个人的能力始终是有限的，只有大家紧密团结，将每个人的优势结合，才能更好的完成任务。在工作中更是如此，在日常工作中，必须具有较强的沟通能力，要和领导进行沟通，和同事进行沟通，和民众进行沟通，才能更好的完成任务。同时要发扬团队精神，和同事们进行合作，才能顺利完成工作!
当然我还有一定的缺点，比如缺乏社会实践和社会阅历，经验不足，但是在今后的工作中，我一定会虚心学习，认真改正自己不足，发挥自己优势，努力做好本职工作，做一个领导放心，群众满意的合格公务员!
